Soins à domicile - L’Équipe / The Home Care Team offers services which help seniors and / or handicapped persons to stay at home as long as their general condition will allow and also provide backup support for informal caregivers.
In order to do so, very qualified and experienced professionals assess the condition of these persons and suggest the most appropriate services which will allow, with a minimum of help, our clients to stay in their own environment and enjoy their familiar surroundings.
We do not intend to replace any clinic and are not a placement agency.
We offer the general public care and services they cannot get elsewhere, within a secure environment.
Our strength will be found in all the little « extras » like the higher qualifications, greater experience and the personal interaction of our caregivers. As well as the other areas which go beyond the health issues, such as progressive contracts, fiscal, financial and healthcare resource knowledge.
